Law on hospitality activity ("Official Gazette" No. 85/15, 121/16, 99/18, 25/19, 98/19, 32/20, 42/20, 126/21)
Rulebook on the classification and categorization of facilities where hospitality services are provided in the household ("Narodne novine" no. 9/16, 54/16, 61/16, 69/17, 120/19).

Regulation on the tariff of administrative fees ("Official Gazette" No. 156/22) - Tar. no. 14.

Obligor:

natural person - a citizen who provides hospitality services in the household

With the request, the party must attach:

Proof of citizenship of an EU member state (copy of identity card / passport)
Proof of property ownership, right of use Land certificate
- Written consent of the object's co-owner (if there are several owners) Written consent of the owner of the object (if the request is submitted by a family member who is not the owner)
- Proof of the usability of the building - the facility where services will be provided in accordance with the Construction Act
A graphic solution that shows the area, height and description of the rooms
Proof of correctness of electrical installations
Proof of correctness and tightness of gas installations (proof of functionality and chimney maintenance)
Proof of the correctness/functionality of other heating elements (air conditioners, heaters, stoves, etc.), if they are located in the building
Proof that the facility is connected to the public sewer network, and where this possibility is not available, proof that this has been solved in accordance with special regulations
Certificate of municipal waste removal, issued by the competent municipal company
Proof of paid administrative fee
